International HIV/AIDS Alliance Partnership Programme Arrangement |
In April 2005, a 6 year Partnership Programme Arrangement (PPA) was agreed between the International HIV/AIDS Alliance and DFID. All PPA's were re-negotiated for 2008-11, putting in place more specific and measurable indicators. See link below to the Working Framework.
The current arrangement follows on from a PPA agreed in April 2004. PPA funding for 2008-2011 is £13,340,000.
The purpose of the PPA is to "reduce the spread of HIV and impact of AIDS through increased community action on - and access to - prevention, care and impact mitigation efforts".
