Non-governmental organisations who can demonstrate
that they:
- Are registered in Iraq
- Are able to work through Iraqi or international partners
- Share the main objectives of the fund
- Seek to promote political and social harmony in Iraq
- Have the necessary resources to undertake any proposed activities

Funding criteria |
The Iraqi Civil Society Fund (ICSF) is a fund
that has been developed for 3 main general objectives:
- To strengthen the capacity of Iraqi civil society organisations to
better address the needs of the poor and of vulnerable groups
- To help ensure that participating civil society organisations are
able to contribute to local/community initiatives and increase
access to information.
- To Support organisations in the non government sector to work
better with government to develop and improve social policy across
Iraq.

How to apply |
Funding for the CSF has now ended. DFID is
currently evaluating how best to support the needs of Iraqi CSOs and
will update this page when this evaluation is complete. |
